This will only take a minute or two.
There are 2 things to do here, both will take just a few seconds. Log into your Gmail web account and go to Gmail.
- Add the person and their email address to contacts in your Gmail account
- Create a filter
- In the top right in your Gmail inbox online click on the COG icon
- Select FILTERS AND BLOCKED ADDRESSES from the tabs
- Find the link CREATE A NEW FILTER and click on it
- A box pops up and you need to add the email address you want to whitelist into the FROM field
- Click on CREATE FILTER in the bottom right.
- You will be presented with a list of tick box options, tick NEVER SEND TO SPAM
- Click on CREATE FILTER in the bottom right.
You will now receive all emails from that email address.
