We like 8-12 weeks for this as it allows time for thought and reflection as well as time for clients to edit current content and create new content. We have delivered sites in 2 weeks which required strong commitment from the client as well as ourselves, so anything is possible.

Yes. We can help you with this, it's a fairly simple process to procure your domain name and we can advise on the merits of the choices you have available. We recommend you purchase your domain name and keep ownership. Do not let your web developer own the domain name.

Yes, you can't have a website without hosting it somewhere. If we are maintaining your website we prefer to host it on our own servers. You can see our packages here.

Of course. We want your website to be as successful as possible.  You can't manage your site without training. We include 2 hours one on one or one to many training in all our website builds.  We also have a complete video training manual in your ADMIN area on the site with each subject broken into a short 5 minute video. If you prefer a written manual we have that too which you can download and use yourself.

SEO stands for search engine optimisation. Simply put it's the process of making your website as search engine friendly as possible to attract traffic for keyword searches people are doing to find your products or services online. It's a very big topic and there are many facets to it. We are happy to help explain this in more detail and help as required.

Yes, we have 2 graphics designers in the business that have done many logo designs. The cost it typically £200 - £300.

We can definitely help with your email marketing, it's an area we are well trained in. Unfortunately we don't have an internal social media specialist but we can recommend several fine companies we've worked with over the years.
