Client Brief:

Lawson Thompson are the top student accommodation lettings company in St Andrews.

The client was looking for a new website that could show their rental properties to students at the time students were looking for accommodation for the academic year. This was over a very short time so the site had to be able to handle a lot of traffic in just a few hours as well as load fast and be very mobile friendly.

They wanted to 100% manage the site themselves and easily be able to add properties, mark them as let, unavailable, and to let. Also add and update pages and new content with easy.

Initially they had a property sales area on the site but they have now focussed completely on student lettings.

The design was created by the client and we advised in some aspects of the design that needed work to be successful on a website.

During the sites development the client moved into their amazing new premises and we wanted to show this off with the new website.
