This is a list of WordPress core updates and plugin updates carried out over the reporting period. We maintain a complete record of all updates so we can carry out fault finding if required.
SECTION 2 – BACKUPS
This is a confirmation of hte backups we hold. Backups are for your full site and are done every morning between midnight and 4am. We keep these backups for 12 weeks.
SECTION 3 – ANALYTICS
Where we are linked to your Google Analytics account we can pull in your analytics data for the reporting period to give you an overview. We highly recommend you log into your GA account at least monthly and look through them. We report on the period of your report and provide a simple graph to compare sessions to the previous period.
As well as Google Analytics you should use Google Search Console as another tool to keep your website functioning at 100%.

SECTION 5 – SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION
Please note that we use Authority Labs as our 3rd Party service provider for our SEO results, and they are updated on a weekly basis. The results are for the google.co.uk search engine. If you use a different rank monitoring service you will likely notice disparities as these results should be considered approximate as there are so many variables with Google search results.
We get new results every week so NEWEST RESULT is the latest one we have recorded, oldest result is
- The flag denotes the country we are reporting for, in our case the UK.
- The KEYWORD is the keyword you gave us to include in the report. We can report on up to 50 keyword phrases FOC in your package. You can add another 50 for £5 a month paid annually.
- Please ignore the CITY field as we don’t include that in your report.
- The page is the one that’s ranking. “/” means your home page.
- We get new results every week so NEWEST RESULT is the latest one we have recorded.
- The OLDEST RESULT is from 3 months ago if your reporting has been running for over 3 months. If not it will be oldest data we have on our system.
Our system tries to find similar sites and we list them with their visibility score to give you some knowledge as to how you are faring against them.
The competitors are chosen by the keywords you add and you are able to compare your keywords with theirs.
The SEO visibility score is there to give you an idea of how visible your website is based on the keywords that you’ve given us to report on. Our ranking algorithm helps you track how well your website is doing by looking at the combined ranking of all its keywords. Clearly if we have 50 phrases and you are only ranking for 10 your visibility score will suffer.
For example, a score of 100 would appear if each keyword would rank as #1 against your competitors.
Our system will only show results if you have keywords that are ranked in the first 100 places (if the keyword is not ranked in the first 100, then we will show the unranked status). Keywords ranked in position 50 or lower (we register down to 100) will show as a visibility score of a 0.
