We know Marketing Automation can seem complicated, but like most things that are worthwhile it's worth doing. If you want to set up SharpSpring with an internal team we will support you through that process by arranging training and support.
Alternatively we can work with you to understand your current processes and map those across to your marketing automation system and setup the contacts, lists, tasks, workflows, and campaigns for you.
Please note that the monthly charges below are for the software platform and do not include any services work, training or support other than system issues support.
NOTE: We do not charge an onboarding / setup fee. New pricing from 1st January 2020.

**Phone support - by arranging a pre defined time for the call within 8 hours of making the request.
Services can include training, setup, optimisation and reporting, or anything to do with SharpSpring or SharpSpring related website work.
Support, other than system issues, and services are chargeable at £75 an hour.

Tracking is defined as us knowing who a user on our website is. To establish this the user has to tell us who they are. This can be done one of 2 ways:
Once we are tracking a user we can see their history prior to establishing tracking, so if they have spent time on our site previously we can see their history.
